The paint layer of the WAX type thermal transfer roller mainly consists of wax and dye with a relatively low resin content. This type of tape is the most common.
Technical characteristics
WAX thermotransfer rollers produce a good printed image at high print speed and low thermal head heating temperature on a wide range of labels: coated and uncoated paper labels and tags, matte film labels and coated tags. However, the printed image has poor resistance to lubrication/abrasion and chemicals. This material is mainly used for printing on labels with a short service life

Термотрансферные ролики типа WAX производят хорошее печатное изображение при высокой скорости печати и низкой температуре нагрева термоголовки на широком спектре этикеток: бумажные этикетки и бирки с покрытием и без покрытия, матовые пленочные этикетки и бирки с покрытием. Однако печатное изображение имеет плохую устойчивость к смазыванию/истиранию и химикатам. В основном данный материал применяется для печати на этикетках с кратковременным сроком службы
